Q. Do you offer charter or hourly service?
A. Both. The Driver Provider can meet your needs for as little or as long a time as necessary.

Q. Can you accommodate complex, multi-person schedules?
A. Yes, we can accommodate most any manifest, and we can do the scheduling as well. We will input and print manifests and departure notices for DMC's, Meeting Planners and/or groups for which we do the transportation.

Q. What areas do you serve?
A. We primarily offer transportation throughout Arizona. However, we have an affiliate network around the globe, and can assist you with your transportation needs most anywhere in the world

Q. Where will you meet us at the airport?
A. Due to new airport security measures, our chauffeurs meet and greet your party with a computer-generated sign identifying your party at baggage claim. In addition, The Driver Provider can provide you with our concierge gold service. This efficient service entails two personnel - a greeter who will meet your party and notify your chauffeur of your arrival. Your chauffeur and care will then meet your party curbside for an immediate departure.

Q. Can your driver make recommendations on restaurants and entertainment?
A. Though we do not presume to act as a concierge service, our drivers have knowledge of a variety of dining and entertainment option ranging from casual to fine-dining and would be more than happy to refer you. If you have specific requests in advance, we can provide you with a list of recommendations upon your arrival in Arizona.

Q. Do you provide on-call services during a multiple day stay?
A. Yes. With an approximate schedule prepared in advance, The Driver Provider can make available a driver within 30 minutes of a service call.

Q. Do you charge per person or per car and driver?
A. Packages are generally prepared according to per car arrangements. However, some circumstances can be evaluated by a per person charge.
